Which class should I try?

There is no single “beginner” personality. Choose the kind of experience you want today.

Slow & Gentle

A slower pace with more time to get comfortable in each shape.

Flow & Warm

A welcoming choice when you want more continuous, active movement.

Restorative & Yin

A quieter, mostly floor-based practice with longer-held shapes.

Class pace and intensity can vary. Read the class description or contact us if you would like help choosing.

First-visit questions

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility is not a prerequisite. Your practice begins with the body you have today.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Tell your teacher before class. They can help you understand options, but they cannot replace advice from your healthcare professional.

What if I am not sure which class to choose?

Contact the studio and tell us what kind of movement or pace you want. We’ll help you find a sensible starting point.
