Mail Archive Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the privately operated Avon Lake Yoga Mail Archive application accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.
Information accessed
With the account owner's authorization, the application uses read-only Gmail access to retrieve email messages, message metadata, labels, and attachments needed to create a searchable private archive. The application does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to import, organize, index, search, display, and preserve the authorized account owner's mail for personal and Avon Lake Yoga recordkeeping and continuity. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
Storage and security
Imported messages and derived search indexes are stored on systems controlled by the account owner. Access is limited to the owner and authorized local tools. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data may be disclosed only when required by law or to a service provider specifically chosen by the account owner to operate the archive, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Retention and deletion
Archived data is retained until the account owner deletes it or ends use of the application. The account owner may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account settings and may request deletion of locally stored data by contacting Avon Lake Yoga.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
