Mail Archive Terms of Service

Effective date: September 18, 2026

These Terms govern use of the privately operated Avon Lake Yoga Mail Archive application. By authorizing or using the application, the account owner agrees to these Terms.

Purpose and permitted use

The application is provided solely to help the owner of Avon Lake Yoga collect, preserve, index, and search email from accounts the owner is authorized to access. It is not a public email service and may not be used to access another person's account without permission.

Google account authorization

The account owner must authorize Gmail access through Google's OAuth process. The application requests read-only access and does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account settings.

Account owner responsibilities

The account owner is responsible for maintaining lawful access to connected accounts, protecting the systems where the archive is stored, and using archived information in accordance with applicable law and obligations to other people.

Availability and changes

The application is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, or complete preservation. Features or these Terms may be updated as the private archive evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avon Lake Yoga and the application's operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the application.

Termination and deletion

Use may be stopped at any time by revoking Google access and discontinuing the collector. Locally stored archive data may be deleted by the account owner.
